- SIP and SAR uploaded onto the COI site, co-signed by the School Principal and SSC by no later than Term One the following year.
- CSO service into schools is determined – inquiry / needs based.
- "Round Table Conversations" provide an ongoing implementation and monitoring platform in partnership between system and school.
- COI – goal setting within the school is aligned to the school improvement plan.
Date for completion: School Improvement Plans should be finalised by Week 7, Term 4.
