- Develop goals and outcomes for any other domain identified as a priority.
- Actions and success indicators are developed in line with the agreed planning template

This phase has the potential to promote community reflection and discernment on the key targeted areas for improvement and innovation.
- Review the ideal school themes, balloons and weights themes, and the SAR to reinforce the purpose of developing key priorities. You can use the 'drafting template' to assist with this process.
- Name and refine the key strategic priorities. What will make a difference and bridge the gap between your current reality and ideal school?
- Once these are agreed upon start to develop goals and outcomes for the next three years that will address these priorities.
- Transfer these to the SIP proforma and start to identify possible actions and success indicators to accompany each goal and set of outcomes.
