Session Overview

Session 1 - The system mission and where we are now?

Purpose:

This part of Phase Two is to facilitate a process to allow all staff to respond individually, and collectively as a whole school to the system mission, ‘enabling students to achieve the fullness of life’. Staff have an opportunity to explore the depth of meaning of the system mission.

Process: Engaging with the system Mission

All staff to complete this domain together before looking at the next four domain areas.

Session 2 - Situational Analysis Report - SAR

Purpose:

The Situational Analysis Report (SAR) is a report prepared by each school to establish an evidenced based, ‘holistic picture’ of where the school is currently positioned (where are we now), through the analysis of system and school based data through the lens of "System Framework" (see below). Areas for celebration are identified, as well as areas for growth. From this the school can begin to identify priority areas.

Process: Situational Analysis Report (SAR)

Staff may be split into the four remaining domain areas. Due to scope of the Learning & Teaching domain more staff will need to be in this group than some of the other domain areas.
