  • All staff understand the purpose, protocols and outcome of the school improvement planning process,
  • Staff to shape an agreed understanding and ownership of their ideal school in three years’ time, in consultation with the whole school community. Identify and record the common themes that emerge.
  • Identify what behaviours will be seen if we are to achieve our ideal school.
  • Staff to build a shared understanding and ownership of the things that they are doing well and should be celebrated?
  • Staff to build a shared understanding and ownership of the things that are opportunities for growth?
